Where can I buy Jointed Rocket Dog Shoes at a store?

Where can you buy rocket dog shoes besides the internet? I wear size 4 and all the ones that are size 4 is ugly. The ones that I am looking for is big in stores. The kind I am looking for is:

Or the one that is blue and green. I have already tried Famous Footwear and DSW. Famous Footwear has the ones that are not the ones I want, and DSW is too big and not that much varieties. I need a place to go that has lots of varities and sizes. I have already checked out Dillards which has the blue and green but in womans size. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
